Flowspitality was founded by Melissa Alonzo, a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Growing up immersed in this vibrant world, she developed a fascination for the industry early on, finding it to be her true home. This passion has guided her career, leading her to executive roles for over a decade.
Her expertise covers the markets of the USA, EMEA, LATAM, and the Caribbean, focusing on strategic planning, business intelligence, data analysis, revenue management, marketing, and sales. With a unique background that includes a specialization in computers before her bachelor’s degree, this has led her to excel in system implementation, learning, and usage, driving her passion for data-driven decision-making.
Melissa's ability to leverage technological tools and data-driven strategies has consistently enhanced performance and driven significant revenue growth.
